These terms govern the use of this website. Commercial sales are governed by individually signed quotations and contracts.
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Orders become binding upon written confirmation and receipt of the agreed deposit.
Standard terms: T/T, 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. PayPal may be accepted for sample fees. Other terms must be agreed in writing.
Lead times are stated per order. Title and risk pass as agreed per Incoterms 2020 on the order confirmation.
Products are covered by the warranty period stated in the order confirmation. Warranty excludes improper use, unauthorised repair and normal wear.
Liability is limited to the invoice value of the affected goods, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
